Las luces del cuarto no prenden (sólo 1), la palanca no sirve por lo que hay que meter la mató dentro la tina para que se cierre al igual que la luz del baño no esta funcional, además de que no cuenta con papel de baño y como servicio básico pienso debería haber. La cama es buena pero rechina al menor movimiento, aun así permite un descanso para los viajeros. El costo es relativamente caro por los pequeños desperfectos The hotel is good, but lacking in some services. Recomiendo estar más al pendiente de los detalles de mantenimiento ya que aunque son pequeños si llegan a ser incómodos. A nosotros nos tocó un cuarto que estaba bien pero al ir con la familia ocupamos varias habitaciones. Una estaba inundada por una fuga y a la otra no le servía el clima. Me gusto su ubicación céntrica aunque no cuenta con estacionamiento. Difícil poder reservar al no estar su número directo. The hotel is simple and beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the room has everything you need to spend the night. I recommend being more aware of the maintenance details since although they are small they can be uncomfortable. We had a room that was fine but when we went with the family we occupied several rooms. One was flooded by a leak and the other was not served by the weather. I liked its central location even though it doesn't have parking. Difficult to book as there is no direct number.

J	Jose Manuel Martin Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicación del hotel es excelente está justo enfrente del mercado y hay tiendas de todo tipo alrededor, el servicio al cliente es Maso menos bueno tienen mucho que mejorar en ese aspecto. Por otro lado el cuarto es bastante amplio y acogedor, lo único malo es que la taza del baño no funcionaba bien parecía tapado y las 2 noches que estuve ahí no lo arreglaron aunque se les aviso así que ahí pierden muchos puntos, por lo demás por el precio que manejan está aceptable. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right in front of the market and there are shops of all kinds around it, the customer service is more or less good, they have a lot to improve in that aspect. On the other hand, the room is quite spacious and cozy, the only bad thing is that the toilet didn't work well, it seemed covered up and the 2 nights I was there they didn't fix it even though they were warned so they lose a lot of points there, otherwise for their price is acceptable.
D	Daniela Alvarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de los chicos en recepción es muy buena, son amables y muy atentos, además te solucionan los problemas en seguida sin importar la hora! La limpieza puede mejorar, ya que el baño tenía sarro, las sabanas estaban un poco empolvadas y les faltaba ese aroma a limpio, las camas son muy incómodas, están duras y se sienten las tablas de la base. Fuera de ahí el cuarto, o al menos el 6 que me tocó estaba lindo.
