Hotel Casa Turquesa - 77500 Cancún

This place is cool! Really is a bit of a museum. The art is crazy. Was a little concerned about it with the review but glad I stayed here. The beds are a little firm but other then that no real complaints. Food is good too! If you don't care about luxury and like a place that has some history and quirk, this is it!

This hotel saved my cancun trip. I had a terrible experience in the first hotel I had previously booked, and ended up booking here instead as an emergency. The hotel is located in the Hotel zone of Cancun and has beach access. This hotel has unmatched customer service. The staff will really go above and beyond for their guests. They are so friendly and helpful , they really care for your safety and your well-being. The hotel itself is beautiful inside but needs a little love and care. Having said that if anything fails or stops working the problems are addressed immediately and properly by the staff. The tall ceilings, galleries and beach views are so beautiful. A big shout out to Levi, Oscar and Wendy for their amazing service and delicious food at the restaurant. The hotel is very peaceful and the beach is so amazingly gorgeous and not crowded, you can really enjoy. I will definelty come back to this hotel.

Let me be sincerely honest we stood there 2 nights ago from this review, we stood for a whole week. Although the hotel was under construction and might not be the fanciest. The hospitality was unmatched to other hotels. & honestly we really didn’t spend too much time in the hotel as we had tours booked. The beach was perfect it didn’t get full… you have privacy and the food is bomb it does take a minute but everything is made fresh out of scratch to serve you. Only thing that did suck was not having an elavator especially if you were passed the 1st floor, but if you don’t plan on spending your vacation inside the hotel you save money and hospitality at its finest… which I promise you won’t find at a busier hotel

My best friend and I are 19 and 20 and this is the first trip out of the country we have gone on together which can be super scary but also fun! We booked our room online and thought the prices were too good to be true, and the photos were so beautiful we almost thought it wasn’t real! When we hot there it felt like a movie because everything was so perfect. The room was BEAUTIFUL it overlooked the ocean with a balcony, huge bed, tv, couch, table, tub on the balcony, great bathroom with endless closet space, and a mini fridge. We couldn’t help our eyes! The pool was very clean and the swim up bar was almost too much fun, especially the bar tender was amazing. His name is Leonardo and he makes great piña colada’s. The beach was nice too, great seats for tanning but also shade options. The front desk was so helpful with planning Covid tests to fly back to the states and calling the taxi for us, any hour of the day they helped us with any need. They also told us a lot about the bus route and great information we needed! I wish I remembered all these ladies names because they were great. The security guards were even awesome! We chatted with them on our way to coco bongo each night and they took their jobs very seriously. They were so fun and nice! The restaurant was also great! The service made us feel so fancy and the omelet they have is the best way to start the morning. Great meal prices, too— and the freshest fruits. The restaurant staff were great. Every person working here left a positive impression on us. Casa Turquesa is smaller than its neighboring resorts but in the best way. It is personal and makes you feel at home. My friend and talked all the time how we were so happy with our choice. There are huge fancy resorts out there, and regular huge resorts, but they could never be as magical as casa Turquesa even if they have 1000 hot tubs. I would recommend this place to the whole world if I could and so would my friend. We will be back!!!

Amazing place to stay! Loved it great location. Very quiet, not many people here but was a great stay!

The best!!! The place is the most peaceful that can be. With such a beautiful view to Cancun beach. It’s such a secure and clean hotel. And let’s not talk about the restaurant, the most delicious food I’ve ever tried. Shoutout to Don Oscar, the most kind and fun waiter.

My wife and I had a wonderful time! The place is amazing and the service is incredible Wendy Demetrio and Oscar Are super cool and I did not get the name of the receptionist but she was also very friendly. Our room was big beautiful and everything worked a/c was perfect! hot water with lots of pressure Food was really good. We absolutely loved the art all around the hotel and the art gallery. The hotel is clearly under renovation but it did not affect our stay. I would recommend this hotel over a big resort . Private beach and a pool almost to yourself and the location is prime supermarket and everything is only a short walk away. Shot out to all the staff for making our stay memorable. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful little hotel! I believe most of room have view to the blue Cancun beach! Food is not the best, but it there is a lot of restaurants options around. Rooms need a little be more of love, still they are spacious and have balconies. Staff was very friendly and hotel looks very secure.
