F	Flavia Calderón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradable lugar, habitaciones amplias y limpias, se agradece el aire acondicionado, más ventilador. No tiene servicio de desayuno, pero puedes hacerte lo tú mismo. Parece que han abierto hace poco, deben poner percheros en las habitaciones o armario, y más colgadores o estanterías en el baño. La piscina esta verde pero limpia. Nice place, spacious and clean rooms, air conditioning is appreciated, more fan. It does not have breakfast service, but you can do it yourself. It seems that they have opened recently, they should put coat racks in the bedrooms or closet, and more hangers or shelves in the bathroom. The pool is green but clean.

La habitación es buena, y calidad no le falta, pero se hace llamar hotel y no presta los servicios de un hotel de MXN 3,400 la noche. No hay agua en la nevera, el domingo no te limpian el cuarto, no hay caja fuerte, el de la recepción solo está de 10 am a 5 pm y tarda en contestar…, la piscina no esta del todo limpia. Ante todo, la habitación está bien. Solo necesitaría mejorar el servicio o bajar el precio. Low quality service-price ratio. The price is expensive for the services offered. The room is good, and quality is not lacking, but it calls itself a hotel and does not provide the services of a hotel for MXN 3,400 per night. There is no water in the fridge, on Sunday they don't clean your room, there is no safe, the receptionist is only there from 10 am to 5 pm and takes a long time to answer..., the pool is not completely clean. First of all, the room is fine. I just need to improve the service or lower the price.

K	Kelly Goncalves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positives: * Room minimalist interior design is nice * Nice pool to relax * Good location 5 min from the beach * There is a kitchen if you'd like to cook Negatives: * Very slow wifi (3-4mbps) or none * The filtered water from the tap got me sick. The filter they use may be broken so best to drink bottled or boiled water to be safe and avoid losing a few days recovering. I kept getting stomach aches after drinking their filtered water which is how I made the link. * No drinks or snacks available so make sure you do a small grocery shopping beforehand Overall, I could return but will not drink the water this time!

The biggest problem with this hotel is the design failure considering the location; the wooden windows above the bed don’t seal, therefore every noise in the community, dogs barking, roosters crowing at 3am you hear it all. Unless you like a noisy place to sleep, this may not be the place for you.
A	Alethea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here in July 2021. Clean, modern rooms with extremely helpful staff. Great amenities in the bath, I smelled wonderful all week. Another reviewer called out the local noises and while true, that is the case in most places in Puerto. The living is just much more open air. Bring earplugs if this is a problem. I had friends stay in a villa in a quiet part of town and someone had a mariachi band all night for a party, noise is unavoidable, and frankly, one of the charms of this area. I highly recommend Casa Umi and send folks here all the time if they are coming to town. Also, try Juice House just on the corner, amazing food!
Z	Zew Nealand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5min walk (little up the hill) from all the La Punta action, but it’s perfect for the night, more calm, since La Punta don’t really sleep. Room and hotel itself is really nice, I liked the pure concrete build. And the pool, of course. Internet was poor. Working from the hotel room didn’t seem possible.

The internet didn’t really work which was a shame as we would have hung out in the space more if it had. They don’t offer any food or drink so be prepped to go out for everything you need. This isn’t a huge problem as it’s in a good area with lots of coffee/food etc available, but worth flagging as might not be what some people are looking for. The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to help us during our stay.
