★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel cobra mucho por noche, para los pocos servicios que ofrece, aire acondicionado nuevo, servicio de Wi-Fi pero de muy mala calidad, casi no tiene señal, la habitación en la que estuve, no es lujosa, la televisión no es actual ni nueva, además que no se veían los canales, se veían borrosos así que nunca pudimos ver televisión, por que también el control remoto estaba descompuesto, no servía, en el baño tiene azulejos resbalosos, casi nos caímos en la regadera todos los huéspedes.
 The hotel charges a lot per night, for the few services it offers, new air conditioning, Wi-Fi service but of very poor quality, almost no signal, the room I was in is not luxurious, the television is not current nor new, besides that the channels were not seen, they were blurred so we could never watch television, because the remote control was also broken, it did not work, in the bathroom it has slippery tiles, all the guests almost fell in the shower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos a las 4 pm y la habitación aun no estaba lista. Pedimos toallas de baño y no había. La TV tenia muy mala imagen.
We arrived at 4 pm and the room was not ready yet. We asked for bath towels and there were none. The TV had a very bad image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest one on Booking (with discount) but it was far feeling cheap. Beds are big very comfortable and the room is having air-conditioning. Shower is pretty spacious with a good hot water flow. I slept here very well, would recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long story short, was in a hurry to catch the bus to another city and I left my laptop here!
I emailed them 2 days later when I got to my friends place and didn’t see my laptop in my backpack, so I know I left it there.
They said they would let me know…it’s been 4 days since I emailed them and they have not responded ( because clearly someone took my laptop I left in the room).
Please don’t stay at a place who steals from their own customer!
