It was dirty, the "white towels" were almost brown. They had a party with very loud music until 5:30 a.m. the guest were unable to sleep. They advertise they have ceiling fans but they don't only random rooms. They offer breakfast but they run out if food. They don't have enough employees and drive the few they have to the ground.

Great place to stay, reasonable price. Great location, everything is close to there. Loved it.

Considering that the TV has three channels, the archaic open flame gas heaters in the rooms rarly work in a very cold town, the room price is sky high. Back when the rooms were $25 a night it was acceptable but not at the present $$$.

I went with my family to the restaurants at this hotel hotel I need was one of the worst experience of my life we are there some sodas for drink and 45 minutes I went to the kitchen to complain that the food was Icy cold. To my surprise everything was taken away from the freezer and put in the microwave but they were stupid enough note to calculate the right time in the microwave so they were still frozen inside. we left and a couple of blocks away we found a beautiful.

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, specially in the kitchen, the cooks (Paula & Erika) are awesome, very understanding and accommodating with my special diet; the waitress (Adriana) is very attentive and caring. The receptionists are helpful and polite. The cleaning lady does the work very well. Good service in general. Very hot shower available, generous breakfast, friendly frontline staff (not the office staff). The only issue we had was the water drain system in our room needs to be improved, toilet blockage and the water didn't drain properly in the shower. One more small interesting issue, a male staff not sure if he's a driver or what, suddenly came when I was trying to boil hot water (which I had gotten permission of using the kitchen in advance), and lied there's no more gas in the kitchen, I could only use Microwave.

This place was highly recommended but it turned out to be Not So Good. Service is terrible, a bunch of kids running this business. The bar becomes a loud disco bar by late afternoon. Staff does not seem to have any answers to any questions. Much of what was presented to me is that they want to sell tours. They don't seem to understand it is about the tour YOU want, nope, they just want the money. Hard sales push. I tried to get information on how to contact the Owner/Manager and I was refused: He is on vacation, out of town. Here, send it to our office and we will make sure he gets it... (Sure). The water coming out of the faucet looks like urine. I took a picture and showed it to them and they said that the whole town is like that. Wifi is quite bad, it is weak, it flickers on and off. There is no chair for the table so you have to write or type or read on the bed. The gas heater is not vented. It turns off as a safety feature (ok) but the rooms still smells of gas. With a night of 34*F and lower for tomorrow, not a good thing. For the price of this place, it is a major disappointment. I asked that they have the manager contact me, still waiting...

Nice and clean but just that. It has very cheap toiletries available (and you have to ask for them at the front desk) there's no air conditioned in the room (not even a fan) but there is a gas heater. Hot water is promptly at your shower but there are only two towels, so don't forget to ask for more! Included meals are basic and the fresher the better; beware of the spiced meals and skip the "discarda". Overall, is very good to spend the night specially when nice or cold weather.

Fair hotel, nothing too fancy, but perfectly located in the middle of the town, close to the station and the restaurants. The breakfast service opens late, so if you catch the early train, you won't get a breakfast in the hotel. The rooms are a bit old fashioned and need an update, but they are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and attentive.
