No hay comida en el hotel.. parece posada.
Pero la atención es muy buena, son muy atentos, para la emergencia está bien
Very small room, the sheets were dirty, full of hairs and stains, they do not give you a towel, or soap or anything. I did not like!!!
There is no food in the hotel .. it looks like an inn.
But the care is very good, they are very attentive, for the emergency it is fine

We arrived on vacation and they changed us to a house without a pool and very far from the river, nothing that they had promised us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta mas limpio un hotel congalero que este, las camas sucias el baño de película de terror y para colmo no tienen televisión, no puedes poner música y los empleados son muy groseros el peor servicio que e tenido, no recomiendo los paquetes de viajes a este lugar por que son puro fraude no te dan ni de comer tuvimos que ir a un restaurante que terminamos pagando por 3 personas 1800 pesos?? en un ranchito en serio?? termine pagando 25 mil pesos por un viaje horrible.
A congalero hotel is cleaner than this one, the beds dirty, the horror movie bathroom and to top it off they don't have television, you can't put on music and the employees are very rude the worst service I've ever had, I don't recommend travel packages to this Because they are pure fraud, they don't even give you anything to eat we had to go to a restaurant that we ended up paying for 3 people 1800 pesos ?? in a ranchito seriously ?? I ended up paying 25 thousand pesos for a horrible trip.
