★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una habitación para dos es pequeña, pero perfecta solo para dormir y bañarse. Es muy céntrico y el precio se ajusta bien a la ubicación. Limpio y te atienden con mucha amabilidad. Tiene servicio de guardaropa por si haces check out pero necesitas seguir turisteando. 100% recomendado.
 A room for two is small, but perfect just for sleeping and bathing. It is very central and the price fits the location well. Clean and they serve you with great kindness. It has wardrobe service in case you check out but you need to continue touring. 100% recommended.

Terrible service. A single person attends, cleans the rooms, and pretends to do all the activities. It has no parking and they take you to a legitimate pension IN COMBI URBAN. my worst experience in Guanajuato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo me cancelaron de buenas a primeras. Ya pague todos los camiones y no tengo a donde llegar. Les das tu teléfono y no te avisan solo por correo. Mala experiencia. Por alguna razon dicen que no tengo fondos aunque si lo tengo. Estoy en un aprieto.
They just canceled me right off the bat. I already pay for all the trucks and I have nowhere to go. You give them your phone and they do not notify you only by mail. Bad experience. For some reason they say that I do not have funds although I do have it. I'm in a bind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE they promise one room but they give you a different room. I paid a room for four people but gave me a room for three.
They can cancel anytime even without any notification and you will sleep on the street.
The wifi doesn't work and they give you a useless blanket during cold weather.
