★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar en el centro de la ciudad, todo queda cerca, está limpio y el personal muy amable.....en rango de precios, es accesible ....súper conveniente si solo es un fin de semana....no tiene estacionamiento pero si llevas tu coche puedes dejarlo frente al hotel el lugar está tranquilo......y pues si vas de fiesta te queda cerca de los lugares como bares, restaurantes, antros....todo muy bien....solo el detalle de agua caliente no había, pero si le avisas al personal lo resuelven....pero todo bien....recomendado
It is a place in the center of the city, everything is close, it is clean and the staff is very friendly...in a price range, it is accessible....super convenient if it is just a weekend.... It does not have a parking lot but if you take your car you can leave it in front of the hotel the place is quiet ...... and well if you go to party you are close to places like bars, restaurants, clubs ... all very well ... ..only the detail of hot water was not there, but if you notify the staff they solve it....but everything is fine....recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An overpriced hotel for what it is.I stayed at better hotels for half the price. Odd location, no parking, and felt dirty. The customer service is amazing although, yet I hope I just received a bad room with a lazy maid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old lady up front was very rude to our family. Once we came in she was already in a bad mood giving us a look. She keept counting our family thinking we were lying with our party number so she kept counting us. We were going up and down the stairs and then she kept comming up with excuses like “kids are not free they pay full price”. Then we were full with it we decided to cancel and then she refused saying we couldn’t and that she will charge us extra for doing that. We showed her that the website said we could cancel within 24 hours, but she didn’t believe us. Even the people agreed with us but she didn’t still. Until finally she let us get a refund after thirty minutes.
