★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, urge mantenimiento al hotel, reservamos y nos mandaron a un cuarto en mal estado en un patio, no servia la puerta del baño, colchón duro viejo y el “dueño” del restaurante nos hizo quitar el coche que estacionamos enfrente de un modo agresivo y sin educación.

Terrible experience, urgent maintenance to the hotel, we booked and they sent us to a room in poor condition in a courtyard, the bathroom door did not work, old hard mattress and the "owner" of the restaurant made us remove the car that we parked in front of a way aggressive and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente hotel a sólo 5 cuadras del Centro de Atención para Solicitantes (CAS donde te toman huellas) de VISA para Estados Unidos, y a una cuadra de la Consulado General de los Estados Unidos (donde te entrevistan para la VISA)
Excellent hotel just 5 blocks from the VISA Applicant Service Center (CAS where they take your fingerprints) for the United States, and one block from the United States Consulate General (where they interview you for the VISA)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative: First at all. I booked this room for my parents for a weekend in Guadalajara. When bokked I saw the photos of the room and looks really clean and a very good shape. Once they arrived they gave them the top floor room with (not lift access). I paid for a room that they haven't available when my parents arrived, the staff said was not more rooms available as they were fully booked. When a person pop in to ask whether they have rooms with out reservation the person on the desk say yes and even they quote it to him. That was really upseting for my parents as the room they had was not the one on the description..
