★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel ubicado en pleno centro, por lo mismo ya viejo aunque con remodelaciones. Ví de algunos usuarios que se quejaban de la falta de agua caliente, así que pregunté por teléfono y la persona de recepción me dijo que si había. Al registrarme volví a preguntar si había agua caliente y la respuesta fue, sí. Lo cierto es que NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE.
Además las habitaciones no están del todo limpias.
 Hotel located in the heart of the city, for the same reason that it is old, although with remodeling. I saw some users complaining about the lack of hot water, so I asked on the phone and the person at the front desk said there was. When I checked in I asked again if there was hot water and the answer was yes. The truth is that there is NO HOT WATER.
Also the rooms are not at all clean.

Excellent place is very clean and the attention was very good also it is located in the square near all the best that Ameca offers you.

The hotel did not have hot water, no fan and the price was not what was advertised, they charged us more for the carnival ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Pésimo servicio! la recepcionista contesta el teléfono con pésima actitud....después se molesto porque le dije que pagaba la habitación pero llegaría mas tarde a ella argumentando que estaba llegando gente y ella no podía apartarlas cuando se le menciono que no se "apartaría" se pagaría por ella con anticipación. Colgó, y bloqueo mi numero para no recibir mis llamadas, marque de otro numero y dijo que "ya no había ninguna habitación disponible". y volvió a colgar.
Terrible service! the receptionist answers the phone with a terrible attitude...later she got upset because I told her I was paying for the room but she would come to her later arguing that people were arriving and she couldn't move them away when it was mentioned that she wouldn't "get away" she would pay for her in advance. He hung up, and blocked my number from receiving my calls, dialed from another number and said "there was no room available anymore". and hung up again.
