Pero si suben al restaurante bar, es una dilatación los meseros no atienden luego la comida tarda mas de 1 hora en llegar y en una ocasion abandone el lugar al ver que no me atendian Very nice hotel. Espero y alguien tenga reseñas buenas. La comida es regular y a buen precio, pero no vale la pena por el trago amargo que te llevas al ir a ese lugar. De entrada tardan 15 min en darte el menú, mas 20 min en poder tomarte la orden, sumale a esos 35 min lo que tardan en traerte los alimentos. Te abandonan por completo, los meseros no son nada atentos y solo tienen 3, aunque haya solo 2-3 meses son super lentos, tardan mucho en subir y no estan atentos a los comensales, ademas ninguno es amable ni cortés. Te traen solo una carta para todos los que esten sentados en la mesa, tienes que solicitarles más cartas, el perchero para la bolsa, y que te traigan minimo las bebidas, cuando lo haces, se enojan y ponen mala cara. Les he dado ya tres oportunidades y en todas fue un pesimo servicio, la ultima vez que fui pedi un vino de $395 pesos, solo vinieron a botarlo, no lo sirvieron, y encima estaba abierto. Cuando les solicite que me lo cambiaran me dijo el mesero que fue el quien lo abrió en el area de barra, no me dijo el porque; le solicite "si podia cambiarlo ya que las bebidas deben ser abiertas en tu mesa", su respuesta fue muy grosera, puso una cara horrible, la verdad desconfie mucho y decidi irme, al bajar las escaleras para salir del lugar, el mesero estaba diciendo cosas desagradables de nuestra mesa a otros meseros (algunas groserias). Nunca volveria a ir allí. Pésimo servicio, en verdad no lo recomiendo para nada. I leave a single star because you can't put less. The hotel is very nice, but the restaurant, God! It is a horror! La vista mega linda, lo que más se disfruta por la tarde noche es su terraza!! Very very clean and comfortable, the restaurant lacks seasoning but the hotel itself is very good, the price is right. The mega beautiful view, what is most enjoyed in the late evening is its terrace !!
