Pero la forma que tratan a la gente no , son racistas a mi novio que es moreno no le quisieron rentar le negaron el servicio siendo que yo llame a la recepción media hora antes de que llegara mi novio pregunte por habitaciones y me dijeron que si había disponibles entonces el fue confiado sabiendo que si había habitación y le negaron el servicio
The hotel is ok
But the way they treat people is not, they are racist to my boyfriend who is dark they did not want to rent him they denied the service being that I called the reception half an hour before my boyfriend arrived I asked for rooms and they told me if there were available then he was confident knowing that if there was a room and they denied him the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le daré solo dos estrellas porque el baño en apariencia estaba limpio, pero el lavabo regadera y uniones del piso y paredes contenían muchos hongos el w.c. no contaba con el asiento y te dan papel sanitario usado de otros huéspedes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para lo que son las funciones del Hotel y por el precio que es económico, la ubicación le ayuda ya que es algo céntrico, sin embargo requiere de mayor mantenimiento en las habitaciones, mayor capacitación en su personal, ya que hay una señora en especial que es muy grosera y da pésimo servicio, tardan mucho en enviar las facturas, casi un mes, además de que el servicio de Internet no llega en todas las habitaciones.
