Everyting ID going great. The rooms and the services were excelent

Went to the breakfast buffet. While not as varied, it is substantial and well prepared. Excellent choice to go with the family.

Great, comfortable and beautiful rooms for competitive prices. Shower heads could be better, but a great option when visiting Querétaro.

It was a so so place it was ok for the money so if you are on a budget this is a clean and nice place to stay it was quite and clean and personal is attentive an close to downtown in car or taxi wich is cheap . I'll recommend this Hotel Cayala Inn.

It's like your average US Hampton Inn. Nothing special, but not cheap like a Days Inn. My issues were: AC died, had to change rooms. Found a scorpion (only ~3 inches long) in new room on 4th floor. The conference room was boiling every day. I tell the staff and they just go play with the thermostat like I didn't think of that... The last day of my conference, it broke completely. I called maintenance and he says it is blowing but not much. I have to stand on a chair with a lit match under the vent to prove it isn't blowing. He says ok and wanders off - three minutes later I find him playing with the jacuzzi (also broken all week). The maid staff ignores "Do not disturb signs". When they clean your sheets, they actually take them and wash them and bring them back. So forget about a siesta... The maid staff also leaves people's used room service trays on the steps for 24-36 hours at a time, which nearly killed me twice, but I still won't take the elevator because it is so slow. **Warning - Do not rent conference room unless you check it out at 10am on a sunny day first. When they tell you that it will cool down in a while come back in an hour and see for yourself, but remember there won't be a room full of people in there either. Oh, and the maid staff also starts vacuuming the halls at 8 so don't plan on sleeping in, not that you can anyway with the dog across the street that barks all night. Nice little bar, but it was never open. The security box in you room is just a box, no lock. Water pressure also has some issues, so bring a glass of water into the shower so you don't get stuck. Window does not open, but the tiny vent at the bottom doesn't close completely either. But other than that it was great.

My stay lasted over a month, I had cosmetic surgery at Star Medica which is 1 block away from this hotel. The kitchen staff was amazing, I can't thank them enough as I needed my food liquified due to jaw surgery. I would buy ice at the Pemex gas station and they would keep in the freezer till I needed it. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items to eat not your typical continental breakfast. The receptionist staff was available 24/7 and if I had a concern they would address it right away. I once woke up at 3:00am needing ice and they directed me to a 24hour pharmacy. they also have juice and coffee available after 1:00pm everyday. There is also a store similar to a Sams/Costco named ChedRaui it's about 1 block away from hotel you can find food, clothing etc. I had a great experience here and will be coming back. The cleaning staff also does a great job of cleaning. They have an iron in the closet but no hair dryer. The chef Bertha, waitress Aby & MIguel were fabulous

Outstanding service, modern and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect if you want to be near downtown but not in it. It's very private with its gated underground garage, and has a nice little pool to cool off. Suite 311 is very nice, with full kitchen, 2 large flat-screen tvs and even a washer and dryer. It is literally minutes from Star Medica, one of the best hospitals I've ever seen. Restaurants are near as well as a grocery store. The restaurant only serves breakfast, but its lovely. Highly recommend ?
