Rooms are clean and big enough, pool area seems a little dirty, I didn't used it. Comfortable beds, nice people.

The parking is not enough for all the guests and there is a night club close the hotel and in some rooms there is a lot of noise. On the other hand the price is good and the rooms have plenty space.

This hotel is ok. It is clean and tidy. The rooms are modern. The price was very affordable. The staff howevere is not very friendly, they are not rude...they just aren't friendly.

A good choice for spending a few nights there while you enjoy Guadalajara. The rooms are spacious and well equipped (although no mini bar, at least not in my room). Some minor issues: rooms have no good noise isolation and hot water can take some time before it flows out of the tap. But the advantages (excellent beds, reliable airconditioners, friendly staff, etc.) outweigh the disadvantages. I was told that the quesadillas in the hotel restaurant are exceptional. No opportunity to check the claim, but maybe next time!

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and the service just keeps getting worse. At full capacity it's understaffed and the service leaves a lot to be desired. The food is terrible and the room service inefficient. I'd ordered something from the room service menu just to get something completely different. The Wi-Fi didn't work for 3 days (and when it did it was really slow). I made the mistake of recommending to other people and I'm sorry to have done so. Many of them were given rooms that were not properly cleaned (they'd find other guests' personal items) and the staff was less than helpful. Don't expect the AC to work in some of the rooms.

Located a short walk from Expo Guadalajara and also Plaza del Sol mall. Extraordinarily clean! I arrived at 7am, check-in is supposedly at midday, but they let me into my room immediately without any additional charge. The receptionist spoke excellent English. The beds are very firm. They give you a free bottle of water, shampoo, sewing kit, shoe shine, shower cap. Room also has sliding door that opens to outside, 40 inch flat screen TV, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, long desk with chair, full length mirrors, and safe box. There's a thermostat for either air conditioning or heat - you can easily set the temperature you desire. The hotel appears to have been fairly recently remodeled. There's a somewhat expensive but nice restaurant, and a small swimming pool plus tables and chairs for sitting outside.
