Excellent service, the rooms are really nice and clean!

Place is nice, and i think its a little bit expensive, but just a little. Is sparking clean and has all services like tv internet and hot water. Bed and pillows are very soft and comfortable.

I used to come stay here when I first began to visit Matamoros. It’s close to the bus station and the hotel is pretty safe as they don’t allow anyone to enter after 10:00 pm (they lock the front door). The front desk ladies are very friendly and are helpful if you come across any problems. An issue that I came across is that the hotel is echoey and the walls are rather thin. You can hear the TV and alarm from the rooms next door. One time I even heard a couple doing “the nasty,” which was really awkward. Front desk was called and they fixed the issue since I didn’t hear anything else after that. But I stopped coming here in 2020 after my mom got bedbugs after staying here. We shared a room with 2 beds so I’m surprised that I didn’t bring them with me as well. It was such a disappointment because we never had a problem like that before since the rooms we had were always clean. If safety and proximity to the bus station is priority for you, then I recommend this place. Just check the mattress first because you might go home with bedbugs.
