★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi instancia aunque corta, fue muy agradable; al llegar a la recepción el personal fue muy amable, me llevaron a conocer la habitación. Precios accesibles, en cuanto a las instalaciones se aprecia la limpieza.
En la habitación se cuenta con cama cómoda, pantalla plana, baño con agua caliente/fría, un pequeño closet para el resguardo de tus pertenencias. Definitivamente volveré a instalarme en este hotel.
My instance although short, was very nice; Upon arriving at the reception the staff was very friendly, they took me to know the room. Accessible prices, in terms of facilities, cleanliness is appreciated.
In the room there is a comfortable bed, flat screen, bathroom with hot / cold water, a small closet to protect your belongings. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, bien vale lo que pagas, está súper ubicado, muy cerca de todo lo más importante del centro histórico de Guanajuato, además de que es de los pocos con servicio de estacionamiento por lo que te despreocupas de tu auto o moto y te dedicas a conocer y disfrutar de esa hermosa ciudad, súper atención de las señoras que ahí trabajan, son uña amor u te sientes como en casa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención de parte de las personas que atienden, el hotel es antiguo por lo tanto no esperen lujos. No hay aire acondicionado, solo hay 1 enchufe, no tiene lámparas y solo 1 buro pero para ser sincera me encantó la estancia literal solo dormimos ya que puedes estar en la madrugada caminando tomando té un café y en minutos ya estás en el hotel y pese a que está céntrico no hay ruido, es familiar. Como todo puede mejorar pero son antiguos así que si quieren lujos definitivamente esto no es para ustedes.
Excellent attention from the people who attend, the hotel is old therefore do not expect luxury. There is no air conditioning, there is only 1 plug, it has no lamps and only 1 nightstand but to be honest I literally loved the stay we only slept since you can be walking at dawn drinking tea and coffee and in minutes you are already in the hotel and despite Because it is centrally located there is no noise, it is familiar. As everything can be improved but they are old so if you want luxury this is definitely not for you.
