It's a good place and very affordable has a restaurant.

Terrible hotel...dirty, sheets of ot changed, room was assigned till 7PM!!!! Unacceptable

Restaurant service is great, food is very well balanced and has great taste. Prices are reasonable.

Great hospitality kindness and service perfectly located and with good parking lot. Restaurant closes early so be careful. Well distributed the rooms and with enough space. Great choice at Teziutlan.

The place is very well located and has everything nearby, problem is they do have Wi-Fi but it's very poor at some parts of the hotel and with low signal comes low speed (maybe add some Wi-Fi extenders? 500 pesos each is a very good investment), I say everything else is great, people is so nice and yes there's some things that could be improved, for example the entrance and exit for cars, it's too tight and there's a lot of car crash marks in there, not mine.. but not everyone knows how to drive well (consider it)

The service was very good. The rooms were pretty comfortable and well secured. There was an included breakfast that was pretty simple for fancy pallets but it was clean and the waiter was pretty kind. 9/10

Please see the whole review for good and not so good. This hotel has seen better days, it has cute colonial feel to it but the rooms are not functional. The shower and toilet don't work properly and The complimentary breakfast is reduced to a choice of cereal or toast juice or coffe and a couple of slices of ham. On the bright side the place is inexpensive, is clean, maintained and the service personnel are kind, it has a great location right in the hart of the city with some balcony rooms with great views to the very live (and a little noisy) downtown street and cathedral church towers, also has a great gourmet coffe shop that offers room service. Lastly it has a parking lot that is a little of a trick to get in and out but a definite asset in a city where parking is so scarce. I wish they would update this place it would make a great place.
