★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Ubicación y atención al cliente. Pero con un poco más de Limpieza en los Cuartos y de vez en cuando una buena FUMIGADA. Del Personal, ninguna queja. Pongan Coladeras por donde se meten los animalitos que hasta en las Camas, Llegan a subirse. PERDÓN POR MÍ FRANQUESA. pero lo pueden Comprobar. Gracias y saludos cordiales desde Celaya.
 Excellent Location and customer service. But with a little more Cleaning in the Rooms and from time to time a good FUMIGATION. From the Staff, no complaints. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo sinceramente, las instalaciones muy dañadas y viejas, demasiadas cucarachas, no ponen atención cuando limpian la habitación y olvidan poner cosas, lo único bueno del lugar es un señor ya grande que está en la recepción fuera de eso todo está pésimo.
Terrible honestly, the facilities very damaged and old, too many cockroaches, they do not pay attention when they clean the room and forget to put things, the only good thing about the place is an elderly man who is at the reception outside of that everything is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cuartos aunque son chico, están limpios,está céntrico, pero desgraciadamente no hay agua caliente, en verdad hay lugares mejores para la tarifa que cobran.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene muchas cucarachas casi no dormimos porque salieron unas en la cama y en la mañana se escuchaban ratas en el patio, la basura también estaba en el patio y no era poquita eran montones. Está en malas condiciones, deberían darle mantenimiento seguido. Hay WiFi gratis y sí es céntrico, la recepcionista muy amable al igual que el muchacho de en la noche.
