No me gustó el trato, ni la atención con la persona que me atendió, ni un poquito de amabilidad, se notaba hasta desesperado por que ya nos fuéramos.
Los precios son caros, pero creo que deporsi es así allá en Marquelia o al menos tengo entendido eso.
Ni siquiera tiene buen servicio el hotel para lo que están cobrando, las televisiones no sirven, las sábanas no están muy limpias que digamos, con trabajo y te dan una toalla.
Le pregunté al señor si no servía el Internet de la parte de arriba, y me contestó muy grosero que tenía que conectar el módem, pero bueno, qué se puede esperar.
Lo único bueno es que tenían bocinas y las ocupamos un rato, el Internet estaba bien, sólo no me pareció la forma en que te atendían, y eso que solo fue un día.
I had a bad experience with this hotel.
I did not like the treatment, nor the attention with the person who attended me, nor a bit of kindness, it was noticeable even desperate for us to leave.
The prices are expensive, but I think that's how it is there in Marquelia or at least I understand that.
The hotel does not even have good service for what they are charging, the televisions do not work, the sheets are not very clean, let's say, with work and they give you a towel.
I asked the man if the Internet from above was not working, and he replied very rudely that he had to connect the modem, but hey, what can you expect.
The only good thing is that they had speakers and we occupied them for a while, the Internet was fine, I just didn't think it was the way they attended to you, and that was only one day.
