L	Le Chuck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice Staff but the Hotel is on the edge of the City. You get better Hotels for your Money in the center. I could not find the connection to chocolate and the Hotel - maybe the dark rooms? ? there no character and our Room was very loud because it was close the reception. It could be a lovely Hotel but not for that price. Also the City is nice so better stay in center.

Although it seems you’re far from the center, you can get there in a few minutes by walking. And noisy. Our room was near the reception. No night lamps close to the bed. Both pillows were different when normally they should be the same. Tv had a cable issue and was making some annoying noise. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast consists only of either fruit or juice, two toasts, butter and marmalade and coffee. Room was very big and we missed some furniture to make the room more cozy. Be careful if you drive by car as the road is very steep.

You receive free transportation to downtown as many times as you like; and free pick-ups. There is a restaurant within the hotel and late night room service. Excellent, historic rooms!!!

N	Nikita Morev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a suite with living zone and balcony via booking web-site. Upon arrival we were given a room with no balcony for the same price. Arguing was useless, they gave our room to somebody else. It was too late to search for another place, so we stayed a night. Their breakfast is a scam too. They give you coffee and toasts with 1 butter and 1 jam. And that's it. All eggs are extra charge and the price is ridiculous. Stay away.

They offer the convenience of pick ups and drop offs to and from the hotel which is very convenient after a day of walking. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Definitely recommend.

After a long ride we were expecting so much more, because of the reviews, but our room was so uncomfortable, no ventilation, no windows but the small one in the bathroom, the mattress felt so terribly old and hard. There’s no maintenance to the room’s facilities. Walls suffering from humidity problems which makes it look as if owners don’t care about it. Not recommending it at all. What you see in pictures is not real and wouldn’t come back.
M	Mezzo Mazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a four star hotel. Breakfast is just toast with fruit. It's in the city center but you have to walk around 100 steps to get to the hotel. Car Parking is in another location but there is a shuttle service to bring you there.
