★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lindo hotel , creo que en el tema de mantenimiento podrían mejorar muchas cosas ,algunos detalles que permitirían hacer más placentera la estancia, el baño y el lavabo tienen dificultades para desalojar el agua ,el lavabo desprendía un ligero aroma a drenaje, la tapa del piso de la regadera del desagüe estaba suelta y podría provocar un accidente, un tema si muy incómodo es la falta de contactos en la recámara, un solo disponible o será conectaba el ventilador o mi cargador del cell o la lámpara pero no los tres, había 2 contactos en el baño pero lejanos para conectar el ventilador , no había contactor electrónicos en la pared de la cabecera de la cama. Al hacer el check out el formato de llenado de observaciones no tiene incluído ningún espacio para agregar notas adicionales, recomendable ,buena ubicación. Cercanos un burger boy , Mc donald, un Oxxo.
 It is a nice hotel, I think that in terms of maintenance they could improve many things, some details that would make the stay more pleasant, the bathroom and the sink have difficulties dislodging the water, the sink gave off a slight aroma of drainage, the lid of the floor of the shower of the drain was loose and could cause an accident, a very uncomfortable issue is the lack of contacts in the bedroom, only one available or it will be connected to the fan or my cell phone charger or the lamp but not all three, there were 2 contacts in the bathroom but far to connect the fan, there was no electronic contactor on the wall at the head of the bed. When checking out, the form for filling out observations does not include any space to add additional notes, recommended, good location. Nearby a burger boy, Mc donald, an Oxxo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel está bien, las habitaciones están limpias recomiendo las que tienen balcon, ubicación ideal enfrente del reloj monumental más si se toman tours todos salen y llegan a ese punto, el único pero es el reloj jajaja que suena cada media hora y pues en momentos como que interrumpe.el.sueño
The hotel is fine, the rooms are clean, I recommend the ones with a balcony, ideal location in front of the monumental clock, more if you take tours, everyone leaves and arrives at that point, the only one but it is the clock hahaha that rings every half hour and well at times as it interrupts.the.sleep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the service is good. The breakfast is served in a nearby hotel of the same brand. Also... we had ordered and paid a Jr suite. They gave us a normal double room. Ave despite mentioning 3 people. All the amenities like towels. Were set for 2 people.
On site staff in the other hand. Were super b. They made sure all shortcomings were alleviated. Like installing a third bed and giving the extra missing amenities.
