★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen hotel y servicio para el costo de las habitaciones. Está realmente cerca de la playa de Tuxpan y a la orilla del río. Nosotros estuvimos alojados cuatro días sin ningún problema. El aire acondicionado funcionó perfectamente y el personal muy amable. Las dos albercas no son muy extensas pero cumplen con lo necesario para refrescarse después de ir a la playa. Muy recomendable.
 Very good hotel and service for the cost of the rooms. It is really close to the Tuxpan beach and the riverbank. We stayed four days without any problems. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the staff very friendly. The two pools are not very extensive but they comply with what is necessary to cool off after going to the beach. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo no hay quien pueda hacerte una reservacion llegue al hotel y quise registrarme y la persona que estaba como vigilante señor ya grande, nos comentó que la encargada no estaba que no tardaba estuvimos más de tres horas esperando. Para que se nos hiciera rápido la espera decidimos ir a comer al regresar aún no habían llegado por eso mi calificación. Me tuve que ir a otro hotel y yo bien

•La alberca es de agua fría y no esta alumbrada, los letreros de profundidad están cubiertos y no hay salvavidas.
•El desayuno viene incluido al rentar la habitación pero es servido en plato y vaso desechables, sólo incluye jugo de naranja artificial (125ml), un pan tostado y un plato pequeño(tamaño para pastel)de la fruta que tengan (en nuestro caso de habitación para 4 solo nos dieron 2 desayunos, aunque diga que viene incluido en la renta, por lo que dos se quedan sin comer y en todo caso la comida de la cafetería es mucho más cara, un vaso de leche $25 por ejemplo).
•Las sábanas están sucias y la televisión no sirve en algunos canales.
Al principio parece que será una gran experiencia pero al pasar las horas te das cuenta de lo malo que es.

• The sheets are dirty and the TV does not work on some channels.
At first it seems like it will be a great experience but as the hours pass you realize how bad it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimas instalaciones, información errónea por teléfono,gasto de agua innecesario debido a la falta de mantenimiento en la regadera,chequean salidas y entradas aunque es hotel!!!!! Sumamente incomoda la actitud de recepción!!! NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.
