★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms have no windows to an open air, they are facing to an old yard, covered by a plastic roof. They use outdoor gas heaters(!) in these closed yards to make some heat in the guestrooms, that is obviously risking guests life. Open air heaters can not be used in closed places without any ventilation!!! Who's brilliant idea was that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sad place where they do not care about offering quality. Every time I return its the same excuse why the wifi doesnt work on half the rooms. And the acustics are terrible so that you hear Everything from the halls. The checkin service was below bad and to top things off I had bedbugs this time.. A place that lives of its good location but doesnt care to deliver.. Pretty sad..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was ok, clean and the beds comfortable but the wi-fi was patchy. On and off specially during the night. The TV was broken which they fixed but we had to asked for. If you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs b/c it's very noisy from the restaurants, bars and plaza across the street. I think the only way to avoid noise is to stay outside of downtown but then you're sacrificing good location as everything worth seeing is down town. The hotel is right in the center so we walked to all the beautiful places, purchased souvenirs and on our way to another place we could stop by the hotel room to drop our stuff. It's also great as a restroom stop. The best part of the hotel is the restaurant, it was the best breakfast we had so much that we only ate there every morning after we discovered it. The traditional mexican menu ends at 9pm so we never made it for dinner. Too busy checking out the town.
The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
I read most of the reviews for many of the other hotels and they all had the same issues, noise and poor wi-fi connections so we picked this one for it's location.
