★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is amazing, has a lot of nice art in it, I attended an event on the rooftop which lacks a bit of lightening but is still nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! They called me on the day of my booking telling me that my room was no longer available and that they would relocate me in Tlaquepaque, miles away! After arguing, they moved me to a crappy room in the centre arguing that it was the same level as Clarum. Not only they charged me full price but also more charges appeared in my credit card for no apparent reason. They are rude and very unhelpful, 2 other people were complaining at the same time as me. Awful!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out for extra charges on your CC! I did not receive any sort of breakfast either.
Only pay in cash at this place if you must stay here. If you read other reviews you will see this is a common practice with this business with what seems only with Expats!
The water, that appears to be free since it’s not inside minibar or the basket with snacks, is actually charged for. I’ve been traveling in this country for 4 months and not 1 place has ever charged me for the the little bottles. Don’t bother questioning the hotel about the additional charges on your credit card either because they know why you’re calling and will leave you on hold to burn through your prepaid minutes.
If you don’t have the WE phone app get it because it’s a lot easier and cheaper to call your home country via WiFi and dispute the charge. Shady business practices and very noisy restaurant until 2am and early morning.
Bait and switch with the rooms - watch out.
Read reviews on Expedia and Hotels you’ll see my point. Btw it is cheaper not to book direct with this hotel, just ask the hotel to have all additional charge items in the room removed before your arrival so you don’t have to give them your credit card. Although I’d bring my own TP and towels if you do that, jaja. Cheapskates. Paid nearly 1,500 pesos for my room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel boutique, 12 rooms only, very accessible fees for any occasion, really good location to get to know a beautiful part of the city and great views and walks. Everything you could need is just a few blocks away. The guys working at the front desk are always willing to give a hand if necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I and two dogs stayed in the deluxe room with terrace and were very pleased. The hotel is located near bars, restaurants and convenience stores. The bed was very comfortable and the outdoor tub was wonderful. I will definetly go again as there are almost no hotels that are pet friendly of this quality and for the price. The only thing I would improve is the continental breakfast (only coffee and fruit) but the restaurant itself is lovely and a block away.
