No hubo agua caliente en el baño en toda nuestra estancia, al comentarlo en recepción me dijeron que no podían hacer nada y que no podían revisar con nadie. La solución era bañarse con agua fría. Muy sucio.
 Horrible service.
There was no hot water in the bathroom throughout our stay, when I mentioned it to the reception they told me that they couldn't do anything and that they couldn't check with anyone. The solution was to bathe in cold water. Very dirty.
