★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we got here their internet wasn’t working so we needed to wait, then when we went upstairs the card didn’t work. We were ready to lay down and the sheets had hair from another person in there. Do y’all really clean it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given that this is a business class hotel you can expect clean rooms.
The beds are no for me, it seems that the matresses are extra small even though they were supposed to be queen size and they ate on the hard and uncomfortable end.
The restaurant gets dull for breakfast and cannot explain why as the seasoning on the food is dull.
Maybe I am used to a better business travel class but I will let you be the judge of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff is very very friendly. Hotel itself has a comfortable but modern feeling to the atmosphere. Even as you walk the halls, there is a clean smell with a light atmospheric christmas music. The restaurant food is very good.
Highly recommend it.
The only thing that I didn't like, but no biggy, was that we asked for two glasses of wine to take to the room and they gave them to me in a styrofoam cup ?.
A suggestion to management would be to allow the restaurant to give glass wine glasses to guests. Kind of cuts the romantic mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful venue for small and intimate wedding reception. Dinner was served by a very attentive and experienced waitstaff in uniforms. There was a DJ sound room off to the side away from the guests which I thought was nice. Powder room was quite small but served it's purpose. Would be best for events on the smaller side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was polite, great costumer service. Room service was great. Very respectful. Loved the parking located behind building, must be let in from the front desk, buzz buzzer say your room number and staff will let you pass. Pool was secluded w access to the restaurant/bar in hotel , over all experience was great. My sister-in-law did see a roach in our room , carpet was alittle dirty. We did not get a good view outside from room, you can’t open the window. Balcony is only for display.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have got 4.5 * from me if that were possible. The only thing lacking was a box of facial tissue. I had a jacuzzi suite which was very spacious but costs a bit more. Building seems brand with good decor. Dinner in the restaurant was good. Don't know yet what the breakfast is like
