Es una pena que un bonito lugar, se eche a perder por una total desatención de sus propietarios. En la mejor habitación, la 100; del cual pague $350.00 porque tiene tina de hidromasaje, que no puedes usar y no te bonifican nada por eso. Muy sucio. Lleno de pelos y tierra de días sin barrer....y arañas. Sin ventanas. Sin cortina en el baño. Te dan la toalla en la recepción, y te piden "depósito" para prestarte el control de la TV...como en un motel de mala muerte. Te informan, con un gran aviso en la entrada, que tiene estacionamiento, pero está a 5 cuadras. Te aseguran tiene internet, pero se trata del que está en una tienda de abarrotes a un lado. Pero lo apagan por la noche y no te lo avisan. Aparte, cuando está encendido....es muy malo, intermitente y lento. Pedí que me regresarán el dinero para salir y se negaron. Al otro lado está una taqueria y una vinícola que vende cerveza y que cierran a altas horas de la madrugada, todos los dias y se mete un olor insoportable. Imaginen las moscas dentro de su habitación!!! Arriba y al lado...un bar con música con volumen alto hasta las 3 de la madrugada. Gente bebiendo cerveza en la banqueta. También ví un transexual exagerado departiendo con ellos. Atrás....una granja!!! Con patos y gallos que cantan desde las 2 a. m. y sientes que son tus vecinos de cuarto. Cuando llegas y te estacionas frente, te multan....pues no han gestionado un espacio para recepción de huéspedes. Sobre la calle principal... el ruido de los camiones, motos, arrancones de borrachos y "pochos" con su estereo a alto volúmen, te hace pasar la noche en vela. Y lo PEOR....una Señora encargada, que frente a los problemas de todo tipo, se deslinda diciendo que "ella es solo otro huésped" y que sólo le ayuda al velador. Te ofrece a su hija, que dice vivir arriba. Un verdadero personaje lleno de incompetencia, pésima actitud, preparación y cultura. No exagero en nada. Espero que esto les haga reaccionar. Todos los días uso hoteles. Viajo mucho. Pero este....simplemente fué, sin duda, el peor entre más de 300 hoteles que conozco. En una respuesta del dueño a un comentario en esta misma aplicación, dice ... "que sin pruebas, no es viable acusar" Interesante será la respuesta que de a este, mi comentario. Seguramente se excusará, y comentará algo para deslindarse. Irónicamente...es bonito. Terrible! I am going to do my best to tell my experience, because it really was one of the worst. Upstairs and next door ... a bar with loud music until 3 in the morning. People drinking beer on the sidewalk. I also saw an exaggerated transsexual chatting with them. Back .... a farm !!! With ducks and roosters that crow from 2 a.m. m. and you feel like they are your room neighbors. When you arrive and park in front, they will fine you ... because they have not managed a space for reception of guests. On the main street ... the noise of trucks, motorcycles, drunkards and "pochos" with their stereo at high volume, makes you spend the night awake. And the WORST ... a Lady in charge, who in the face of problems of all kinds, separates herself saying that "she is just another guest" and that she only helps the nightstand. He offers you his daughter, who claims to live upstairs. A true character full of incompetence, lousy attitude, preparation and culture. I am not exaggerating at all. I hope this makes you react. Every day I use hotels. I travel a lot. But this ... was simply, without a doubt, the worst among more than 300 hotels that I know of. Pero la atención de la señora que atiende por las noches es, cuando menos, muy mejorable; no tiene empatía hacia los clientes y no está capacitada para resolver los inconvenientes que surgen. Nos quedamos sin agua caliente y su única sugerencia fue que dejáramos el agua corriendo, pasaron más de 40 minutos y nunca cayó agua caliente; su respuesta en todo momento fue ya está encendido el boiler. The rooms are adequate for the price. But the attention of the lady who attends at night is, at least, very improvable; he has no empathy towards clients and is not qualified to solve the problems that arise.
