G	Gilberto Cano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Será la última vez que me hospede en este lugar, motivo me retiraron mis pertenencias en el momento en que salí a comer y al regresar encuentro mis cosas en la recepción la justificación de ellos fue que le entregarían la habitación a alguien que había reservado sabiendo ellos con anticipación que me quedaría en el hotel otro día más lo que se hizo una falta de respeto. Pésima la atención y espero esta reseña la lean quienes se esperan hospedar en este lugar NO VAYA SIENDO QUE LES HAGAN LO MISMO. It will be the last time that I stay in this place, the reason they took my belongings when I went out to eat and when I returned I found my things at the reception, their justification was that they would give the room to someone who had reserved knowing them in advance that I would stay in the hotel for another day, which was disrespectful. Terrible attention and I hope this review is read by those who expect to stay in this place. DO NOT GO AS THEY DO THE SAME.
Z	Zuleima Mellado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien pero podría estar mejor, necesita pintura urgente me hospede en una habitación sencilla y había mucho polvo en la madera, problemas de humedad en el techo y urge una pintada. La cama un poco dura, urge cambio de almohadas, parecían trapos. El personal muy fisgón, aún no terminaba de desocupar y un señor ya quería meterse a quitar sábanas y le dije que aún no termina de desocupar. Para ser un hotel pequeño que la recepción está a la vista de todos los cuartos deberían de capacitar al personal que no se meta al cuarto si aún no se entrega las llaves, eso me dio bastante miedo. Good but it could be better, it needs painting urgently I stayed in a simple room and there was a lot of dust on the wood, humidity problems on the ceiling and a painting is urgent. The bed was a bit hard, the pillows needed a change, they looked like rags. The staff were very snooping, they hadn't finished vacating yet and a man already wanted to get in to remove sheets and I told him that they still haven't finished vacating. For a small hotel that the reception is in sight of all the rooms, they should train the staff not to enter the room if the keys have not yet been handed over, that scared me quite a bit.
