★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una hora llamando, al llegar nos quedamos media hora afuera esperando en la recepción. Había un letrero de "Regreso en 15 minutos". Incluso unos huéspedes que salieron, se cansaron de esperar y dejaron ahí la llave y el control de TV. Súper triste esta visita, el lugar tiene muy buenas reviews. ?
One hour calling, upon arrival we stayed outside for half an hour waiting at the reception. There was a "I'll be back in 15 minutes" sign. Even some guests who left, got tired of waiting and left the key and the TV control there. Super sad this visit, the place has very good reviews. ?

al llegar a preguntar tardamos más de 20 min. para que alguien nos atendiera
el señor con muy mala cara dijo tener habitaciones pero sucias que al menos que las quisiéramos así ya que la persona de el aseo ya se había retirado .
very bad experience
When we arrived to ask, it took us more than 20 min. for someone to help us
The gentleman with a very bad face said he had dirty rooms but that at least we wanted them that way since the person in the toilet had already left.
