R	Rich Ap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera dar menos una estrella se lo merecía, al llegar no me atendieron bien, se nos proporcionó de mala gana las llaves del departamento, ya adentro las instalaciones muy mal, agua no sale caliente, baños feos, camas con hormigas y nada cómodas, el estacionamiento permanece cerrado y no puedes entrar y salir con libertad con tu auto, tienen un horario límite de las 23:00 hrs pero varios tours en Acapulco llegan a la 01:00 AM, entonces... Pues no sé que piensan. Lo único bonito es la vista al mar. Recomiendo que no lo contraten busquen otras opciones. Por cierto , la tv no tiene programación de nada, ni local, solo YouTube porque está conectado a internet. Y el refri ya muy viejo, y hay muchas cucarachas , la alberca muy sucia. Sinceramente me gustó mucho estar hospedado ahí, la gente es amable y atienden bien, el servicio es muy bueno. No nos cambiaron las sábanas por limpias sólo nos tendieron las camas y la wifi no llega hasta las plantas bajas y por eso no le doy más estrellas. Es una lástima porque el hotel tiene una vista preciosa y hace años fue un buen hotel.
