★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un espacio pequeño pero agradable, está a pocas cuadras del centro de pueblo y el barrio es tranquilo, puedes dar un paseo por las calles hacia el centro y encuentras lugares agradables para comer rico.

The helpful staff and the affordable prices, in December 2019 the price is $ 500 a single room for two people. The sheets very clean as well as the room and the bathroom. They give you complimentary bottles of water, towels, soap and toilet paper.

If you go as a couple it is fine, the rooms are comfortable, but if you go with more than two people the costs go up a lot. It is the best I found in Gutiérrez

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar limpio, no funciona el aire acondicionado y el estacionamiento se llena y puede ser complicada la salida. Me salvó mis vacaciones ya que no encontré lugar en la playa y no me quedo más que quedarme aquí. Para una estancia corta es recomendable.
Clean place, the air conditioning does not work and the parking lot gets full and it can be difficult to get out. It saved my vacation as I couldn't find a place on the beach and I am only staying here. For a short stay it is recommended.

Terrible attention from the owner, from the girl in the toilet and/or excellent service. But the facilities are not good for the price.
