★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el hotel más lindo en el que haz estado? No no lo es pero cumple es un hotel funcional al 100% si que tiene detalles arquitectónicos y de diseño si . Pero dormí muy bien la limpieza es impecable la atención también la ubicación buena si tiene que estar en el ADO a las 10am . El internet súper rápido tv cable todo bien ??.
Is it the cutest hotel you've ever been to? No it is not but it is a 100% functional hotel if it has architectural and design details. But I slept very well the cleanliness is impeccable the attention also the location is good if you have to be in the ADO at 10am. Super fast internet cable tv all good ??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfecto para llegar a descansar, muy limpio el hotel en genera, me gustaron los detalles que tenía el cuarto como una planta dentro de la habitación, solo tuve un detalle con la puerta del baño. También me gusto que se aísla el sonido del exterior y eso que es una zona muy concurrida. tiene estacionamiento, pero solo tiene 3 espacios, si corres con suerte como yo puedes tener un lugar. Muy amable los recepcionistas.
cosas que mejoraría:
había un poco de humedad en mi cuarto, el aire acondicionado solo se mantenía en 25 grados (no pregunté si así es o solo me pasó a mi)
Perfect to get to rest, the hotel in general is very clean, I liked the details that the room had like a plant inside the room, I only had one detail with the bathroom door. I also liked that the sound from the outside is isolated and that it is a very busy area. It has parking, but it only has 3 spaces, if you are lucky like me you can have a place. Very friendly receptionists.
things that would improve:
there was a bit of humidity in my room, the air conditioning was only kept at 25 degrees (I didn't ask if that was the case or if it just happened to me)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvimos en este hotel alojados durante Enero 2022. Muy buena ubicación en el centro de Tulum junto a todos los servicios. Instalaciones nuevas y limpias, colchones cómodos. Personal muy amable y atento ( Dani y Orlando ) Recomendable 100%.
We stayed in this hotel during January 2022. Very good location in the center of Tulum next to all services. New and clean facilities, comfortable mattresses. Very friendly and attentive staff (Dani and Orlando) Recommended 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is pretty unprofessional but still high in bureaucracy.
My friend was staying there so that is why I went there. I asked how much for a room and they said 900, fortunately my friend came down and said she paid 600 for the room. I asked why they wanted to charge me 50% more then her and then they changed the offer to 700. I asked why I should pay 100 more and then they agreed to charge me 600.
The hotel across the street has their prices posted and always charge 600 and has better internet.
It also took 10 minutes to check in and they took photos with their phone of my passport, which isn't required by law.
Avoid if possible.
