★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was ok just for a night I called to save me some time to reserve but when I called they gave me one price and once I arrived they charged me $300 pesos more from what they originally told me. They're were only 2 towels in the shower, when I asked for more for the pool they stated they didn't have any. Worst service ever, little kids in the reception attending you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amenities are good for what you paid for. Don’t book on their website. It is better if you do through booking or paid on cash. Their own online system doesn’t work. They said we needed to paid again. Since we thought it was already charged to the card we used. So we ended up paying in cash. Noticing a few days later they charged credit card. So they charged us twice . Until now they haven’t refund what they charged on the credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the outside the hotel has a unique intriguing design, colorful. It seems a bit outdated and the mattress I got seemed a bit old because it was bumpy. Loved the large walk-in shower though. I did appreciate some of the signs informing how important cleanliness is to them. Overall the experience was comfortable. Having the Restaurant attached and a pool for little one to play in.
