Deberían poner más atención al mantenimiento. La alberca esta bien con bonita vista... al hospedarte en el hotel no te dan acceso libre al parque acuático... Se maneja aparte...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablando del hotel... No hay agua en las habitaciones, el clima no funciona, no sirve la conexión a wifi, en la tienda todo esta muy caro, no hay accesos para sillas de ruedas. En fin es un lugar bonito pero en general (No lo recomiendo)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel ubicado muy lejos de cualquier parte, su buffet de desayuno que ofrecen es pobre y les molesta que te levantes a que te sirvan de nuevo ya que ellos son los que te sirven y de mala gana, su buffet de desayuno fueron chilaquiles, huevo a la mexicana, hot cakes, una especie de gorditas, frijoles y papas con chorizo, el pan lo tenían contado para las personas que pagaron el buffet, es decir si alguien agarra uno más y a ti se te antoja, olvídalo. Tuve una emergencia y tenía que llegar a la central de autobuses de ciudad Valles, bueno pues no te ayudan en nada, no tienen contactos de taxi ni nada, lo tuve que contactar por radiotaxi, hay cucarachas en las habitaciones y no cuentan con red WiFi, dicen que sí tienen pero falla mucho, la realidad es que no la hay, no hay mucha señal en ese lugar así que si necesitan por alguna razón estar en contacto con alguien, ni lo piensen este no es el lugar, experiencia mala y nada recomendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación que me tocó, no funcionó bien la TV y el clima no se le podía bajar la temperatura. Por estar en el campo, hay alacranes y arañas muy grandes que andan por los pasillos.
