Hotel Coyopolan - 91240 Xico

I didn't like its location. It is neither near the waterfalls nor near the center. However, it is a very quiet hotel, next to a river and has a restaurant, enough to leave with a full stomach to visit all the nearby tourist attractions. And the cost of hosting is very cheap.

Excellent hotel, good service, clean and comfortable rooms, with the necessary amenities, friendly staff. In the restaurant La Molienda you can eat delicious and not to mention the courtesy tacos (beans and pork rinds with sauce)

A bit difficult to get there at night, but smooth for the experience. Nearby is a river, there is a trail with animals very close, and a coffee mill in ruin in front that I could see from afar. The price for the bedroom is very good. Recommended.

The most iconic thing is that a river runs next to the hotel and you can hear it all night, in the morning you can have breakfast in the restaurant of the same hotel and you have a beautiful landscape. As for the rooms, they are simple, but functional. Ask for high floors as they are renovated. Unfortunately we booked via booking and although there were rooms on the top floor and at a lower price than those on booking, they did not want to change it :(, and it urgently needs remodeling. We got the one with three beds and the loft to access upstairs is extremely dangerous, very steep steps and thin, not suitable for the elderly or children.That room also gave on one side directly to the street and gives the feeling of insecurity, and on the other side to the laundry area and everything looks very messy. Even so, the hotel is nice and has parking, it is not difficult to get there and it is a safe area. The restaurant is somewhat expensive but nothing unaffordable. The only thing we did notice is that the morning girl at reception was in a terrible mood, somewhat despotic. Anyway, I think that in general, hotels always tend to reserve the best rooms for the last clients xD... so no way
