M	Marisol Juárez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación que rente por mes está en mal estado (la puerta del baño casi se cae, el ventilador de techo suena horrible y está a nada de caerse, las paredes estaban sucias cuando me lo entregaron) salen muchas cucarachas y solo te dan una base con un colchón (sucio) sin almohada ni sábana. Ocupe el lugar por 1 semana y no me regresaron nada de lo que pague por la renta ni el depósito, malas caras por parte de algunos empleados y la señora nunca dió la cara para hablar. The room I rented by the month is in poor condition (the bathroom door almost fell off, the ceiling fan sounds horrible and is about to fall off, the walls were dirty when it was delivered to me) many cockroaches come out and they only give you a base with a mattress (dirty) without pillow or sheet. I occupied the place for 1 week and they did not return anything I paid for the rent or the deposit, bad faces from some employees and the lady never showed her face to speak.

La comida muy buena!! The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious but they lack some chairs and hangers, it would be good if they improve the attention to tourists!! The food very good!!

MARISOL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos, no tienen servicio WiFi que te ofrecen, todo el día se escuchan gritos y regaños al personal, no tienen estacionamiento, te levantan o hablan varias veces al día para que muevas el carro. Pedimos una bola y bajas a pedir la cerveza y al otro día bajamos a entregar, xq aún que hacen el aseo, dejaron lo los trastes. Y finalmente llevamos dos días diciendo que somos 3 personas y se ocupan 3 toallas y siguen dejando 2. Con las mismas toallas que nadas te bañas..Gente que renta por mes quejándose que no tienen agua en su posada.. etc y aun me falta aguantar un día. ? En verdad todos los comentarios que lean son reales. Terrible, they don't have WiFi service that they offer you, all day long you hear yelling and scolding the staff, they don't have parking, they pick you up or talk to you several times a day to move the car. We ask for a ball and go down to order the beer and the next day we go down to deliver, because even though they do the cleaning, they left the dishes. And finally we have been saying for two days that we are 3 people and they occupy 3 towels and continue to leave 2. With the same towels that you swim you take a bath... People who rent per month complaining that they do not have water in their inn... etc and I still lack last a day ? Actually all the comments you read are real.

Nunca tuvimos agua caliente, no hay wi-fi en las habitaciones; si ocupas internet te dirán que bajes al lobby, el desayuno buffet muy simple y los precios de la carta son bastante altos para lo insípida que resulta. Lo más molesto fue que dijeran que asean las habitaciones si lo único que hacen es ordenar las camas: no barren, no tiran la basura de los botes, los trastes se acumularon durante la estancia. Al personal siempre los ves movidos, trabajando y por la noche puedes escucharlos siendo regañados por la dueña, que exprimiendo su limitada mano de obra e infraestructura no puede ofrecer un servicio de calidad. Tampoco cuenta con estacionamiento (dicen que sí, pero es una fracción de tierra afuera del hotel que sólo vigila Dios). Recomiendo buscar otro sitio si planeas vacacionar en la zona, como hotel de paso queda mejor. Well, the hotel has nice decoration, just that. We never had hot water, no wifi in the rooms; if you use the internet they will tell you to go down to the lobby, the buffet breakfast is very simple and the prices of the menu are quite high for how bland it is. The most annoying thing was that they said that they clean the rooms if all they do is tidy up the beds: they don't sweep, they don't throw the trash out of the cans, the dishes accumulated during the stay. You always see the staff moved, working and at night you can hear them being scolded by the owner, who, squeezing her limited workforce and infrastructure, cannot offer a quality service. It also doesn't have parking (they say it does, but it's a fraction of land outside the hotel that only God watches over). I recommend looking for another place if you plan to vacation in the area, as a passing hotel it is better.

R	Rick van de Dood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worthless. Avoid. Stay away. The owner is a dishonest liar and tries to make clients overpay. Much better, cheaper options are available elsewhere. This appartment was not clean, far from the beach and in a bad neighborhood. Don't spend your money here.

We found the staff friendly and pleasant despite the language barrier, especially Pablo. I agree with some of the other comments regarding the stairs and at times the pool was not clean, but it was looked after quickly. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food and we only had WIFI in the dining room area. The locked gates gave a feeling of security, but in an emergency situation it would be dangerous because we were not provided with a key nor was there a guard on duty at night to open them - what would you do if there was an earthquake, fire or health emergency? An evacuation plan would be a good improvement as the hotel is very maze like.
