★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agua caliente, alta presión de agua, camas y cobijas limpias, luz y tv, precio accesible...
Su único problema es el baño, es muy pequeño y si eres de piernas largas, no cabes perfectamente ?
 Hot water, high water pressure, clean beds and blankets, electricity and TV, affordable price ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy limpio, la recepcion muy amable, hay agua caliente e internet, la tele no se ve bien y solo como observacion que fumen afuera en las noches huele mucho a cigarro

Viajo de SLP a Tancitaro y me agarra la noche en el camino, marco al Hotel Cristal San Juan Nuevo, y me contestan que ya es muy noche y que ya no me pueden atender, que vaya a partir de la 8 am. Sarcásticamente le pregunto. Pará qué carambas los necesito a las 8 am? Es un hotel lógico para pasar la noche... Increíble... Así como van a impulsar el Turismo, ellos viven del turista que viene a quedarse y consumir... PÉSIMO SERVICIO...
Terrible service ? ... I travel from SLP to Tancitaro and the night grabs me on the way, I go to the Hotel Cristal San Juan Nuevo, and they answer me that it is already very night and that they can no longer attend me, that I go from the 8 am. Sarcastically I ask him. Why the heck do I need them at 8am? It is a logical hotel to spend the night ... Incredible ... Just as they are going to promote Tourism, they live off the tourist who comes to stay and consume ... POOR SERVICE ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here in 2013 and it was a nice lil spot, considering it being in Mexico, it's probably the nicest hotel you can find there in san juan. So that's why im rating it a three. I would recommend it to tourist.
