★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We actually stayed in the building through the coucourtyard of this hotel, with shared grounds and pool. It was clean, friendly, helpful staff, nice small pool, beautiful courtyard, picnic tables, lounge chairs. Public beach access 1/2 block away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price per week, clean room and beds everyday, 1 min from 5th ave and 3 minutes from beach 72. No clubs close to this place, relatively quiet except for cleaning crew. Use 10th ave after midnight. Oxxo on corner and 5 min from church. 3 min to gym 500 pesos per month or 700 pesos for 2 months paid in advance. Poor neighborhood so try to buy local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price, this is a very good hotel. Don't take for granted the fact that it's quiet at night, most other hotels here will have music until 4 am. It's a bit far from the mall, but if you don't mind walking its only about 20 minutes. 50 pesos for a taxi if you catch it from the street (10 avenue). If you call a taxi it's double.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money and the photos don't do it justice. We did have trouble with ants, but they handled it wonderfully and the room was very clean. It's a jungle out there, only so much you can do. Still recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice and cozy place. Very nice hosts, cozy rooms, super close to the beach with no people, great service -room cleaning is every 2 days. Air conditioner, fridge, i had a very nice wooden furniture and carved table. Nice little swimming pool and chill area, and very secure!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sleep..Cats howelling all night...pool party til 4 am..loud musica..AND yelling..teenage girls ready to leave middle of night..hotel manager.. Effron..seemed to thinknit funny..was told by a staff nember i would get my $ back for the 2 nites not staying..but Mnhe Effron..very obvios racista toward gringos..said no refund. Becase he didnt renta room...ehaat....stay clear..
