★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas que atienen (el varón de la recepción y la persona del restaurante) tienen una pésima actitud y muy mal atención al cliente. Pedí una toalla porque en habitación doble solo me dieron dos, y me respondieron de muy mala gana si es que no cuarto no tenía o porque quería más, como si me las fuera a comer. Y todavía me dijeron "ah pues tiene que bajar por ellas", como si fuera un favor y no parte del servicio.
En las habitaciones hay mucho calor. Y te prestan un único ventilador y de igual manera de mala gana. El internet está regular, sirve para trabajar, no sirve para llamadas o juntas en conferencia.
El lugar se ve bonito y lo fuera si no tuvieran actitud de que muerden.
The people who attend (the man at the reception and the person in the restaurant) have a terrible attitude and very bad customer service. I asked for a towel because in a double room they only gave me two, and they answered me very reluctantly if I didn't have a room or because I wanted more, as if I was going to eat them. And they still told me "oh well, you have to go down for them", as if it were a favor and not part of the service.
It is very hot in the rooms. And they lend you a single fan and just as reluctantly. The internet is regular, it is good for work, it is not good for calls or conference meetings.
The place looks nice and it would be if they didn't have a biting attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy acogedor y te tratan como en tu casa, son un poco estrictos con las reglas en la piscina, lo que de cierto modo está bien para conservarla en buen estado, me hubiera gustado una mayor variedad en el desayuno, aunque estaba muy rico.
Las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado, pero en recepción te prestan ventiladores que funcionan muy bien para aplacar el calor durante las noches
The place is very cozy and they treat you like at home, they are a bit strict with the rules in the pool, which in a way is good to keep it in good condition, I would have liked a greater variety at breakfast, although it was very rich.
