★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvo agradable, aunque no nos pusieron botella de agua en la recámara, entra mucha luz en las habitaciones ya que tiene sensor de movimiento y las ventanas dan al pasillo y es un poco incómodo por la gente que no es respetuosa
 It was nice, although they did not put a bottle of water in the bedroom, a lot of light enters the rooms since it has a motion sensor and the windows face the corridor and it is a bit uncomfortable for people who are not respectful

Renté una habitación para 4 personas y solo pusieron 2 toallas, con el argumento de que "esas son las que ponen"; la empleada de recepción muy grosera, poco empática al decir que mejor cada quien se hubiera traído su toalla que, porque ella cuando va de vacaciones se lleva su toalla... al final otra empleada fue la que resolvió el asunto.
Nice comfortable rooms. I rented a room for 4 people and they only put 2 towels, arguing that "those are the ones they put up"; the very rude reception employee, not very empathetic when she said that it would be better for everyone to have brought their towel than, because when she goes on vacation she takes her towel ... in the end another employee was the one who resolved the matter.

Porq el extractor de aire que esta en el baño hace mucho ruido ,la cama esta deliciosa
Para el precio me pareció algo cómodo
En tiempos de calor yo creo q mi opinión cambiaría
They just need air conditioning
Because the exhaust fan in the bathroom makes a lot of noise, the bed is delicious
For the price it seemed comfortable
In times of heat I think my opinion would change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the better hotels in Lagos De Moreno. The lobby, common areas, and room were extremely clean. Most of the staff members were professional and kind. They offer secure parking if you are worried about the safety of your car. Noise levels were low. There are plenty of shops within walking distance of the hotel.
