★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything worked great, room has good A/C and hot water. It has a restaurant and food is delicious, also has a bar with karaoke and about 3 swimming pools

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strict about not bringing in beverages, a long walk down to the large cabins with many stairs, limited restaurant hours. But clean and beautiful.

Down side is the prices are up by 40% and the staff is getting rude, mini splits don't cool n staff doesn't care, if you want an extra towel expect to have to speak to upper management, water pressure was non existent in our showers. To bad there is no hotel that can compete, so we will keep going. Hopefully it improves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay, only thing I didn’t like that much was the staff service (rude). Other than that the place is really beautiful. 2 swimming pools, Zip lines, bar, nice views, rooms are super clean, & much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is wonderful, nature surrounds the entire hotel, they have single rooms and cabins that can hold 10 aprox. Good food, two small pools. Note, cabins are at the end of the hotel and some are at the bottom of the hill, they take your stuff in a SUV (Polaris) since is hard to carry all the stuff.
