El personal es muy cordial, hubo un inconveniente con el baño de la habitación pero nos cambiaron de habitación sin problema, algunas habitaciones tienen un pequeño comedor y refrigerador. El desayuno y el wifi vienen incluidos con la habitación y aparte cuentan con servicio de lavandería. Ya que el hotel se encuentra cerca del parque central hay muchos lugares para comer alrededor. The hotel is simple but very clean, air-conditioned rooms with TV and wardrobe. The staff is very cordial, there was an inconvenience with the bathroom in the room but they changed our room with no problem, some rooms have a small dining room and refrigerator. Breakfast and wifi are included with the room and apart they have laundry service. Since the hotel is near the central park there are many places to eat around.

Lo que le puede faltar es agua caliente pero en realidad no se ocupa por el tipo de clima de la ciudad... Desayuno (si la habitación lo incluye en el precio) y buen servicio de limpieza al cuarto. Very good and comfortable rooms, a spacious and well-kept bathroom, comfortable beds and a practical desk to work with, mini split, cable TV (they could improve the channels) and hot / cold water.
