★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good budget hotel not correct location on Google maps!!! Actually location is across the street from the ferry terminal. So you are in a convenient but noisy location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look elsewhere, this place was horrific. We chose to stay at a party hostel over this dump. Staff were horrible. Wifi didn't work at all. No cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were alive worms in the shower on the 2nd floor, WiFi didn't work even though advertised and they didn't do anything to fix it. Fridge didn't work. I got completely eaten by bed bugs. When we complained to management and asked for some sort of compensation they laughed and said no. Would not recommend. Not worth the $80 AUD to stay, went to a hostel for $17 a night which was far better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed hier with Friends for 3 Nights. The hotel location is right at the port so that’s convenient. The rooms were big sized and clean and had everything we needed. The water was eighter not or cold and the water pressure was always low but friends told us that’s because of the location on Isla Mujeres. Overall the stay was good and a good place to start the day into this fantastic island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this hotel with my mother and son. Like the reviews stated, the beds are comfortable and it’s right across from the ferry. But I have to say I would definitely recommend this hotel because we accidentally left my mom‘s passport and over $700 after we checked out and came back the next day and they had it for us. Very thankful for their honesty. My mom struggled with being on the fourth floor as there’s no elevator so if you’re traveling with someone elderly, request a room on the first or second floor.
