★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal lugar, habitaciones muy chicas para el precio que manejan. Mucho olor a humedad, no tuvieron wifi y tampoco nos dieron una respuesta clara a ese tema. Dice "agua caliente" y no salio ni un segundo caliente. Nos despertaron a los gritos a las 7 am desde la recepción, peleándose entre empleados. Pesimo servicio.
 Very bad place, very small rooms for the price they handle. A lot of musty smell, they didn't have wifi and they didn't give us a clear answer to that issue either. It says "hot water" and not a hot second came out. We were awakened to the shouts at 7 am from the reception, fighting among employees. Terrible service.

Tuvimos que hablar directamente con la encargada hasta que nos asignaran otra habitación.
La llave de agua fría no sirve ? y hace mucho calor. Revisen bien las habitaciones antes de desempacar.
The maids do not report imperfects to a superior and give bad answers to the client.
We had to speak directly to the manager until we were assigned another room.
The cold water tap is not working ? and it is very hot. Check the rooms well before unpacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención por parte de recepción, está muy limpio, sus precios son muy accesibles y por su ubicación es una excelente opción para las personas foráneas que necesitan tomar el ado al día siguiente en la mañana, tiene buena señal de Internet, la tv cuenta con los canales de Izzi y además incluye Netflix para pasar un rato entretenido, el clima está programado para mantenerse a 16 grados (deberían permitir hasta 14 grados porque si hace mucho calor) pero es excelente. Si regreso a Villahermosa volveré a hospedarme en este hotel.
Good attention from the reception, it is very clean, its prices are very accessible and due to its location it is an excellent option for foreigners who need to have dinner the next day in the morning, it has a good Internet signal, the TV has Izzi's channels and it also includes Netflix to have an entertaining time, the weather is programmed to stay at 16 degrees (they should allow up to 14 degrees because if it is very hot) but it is excellent. If I return to Villahermosa I will stay at this hotel again.

Good excellent service; hot water and the wifi signal, the snack for sale is well thought out and besides that the receptionist is a sweetheart to attend besides how beautiful she is.
