And the blanket was dirty. The floor in the restroom dirty and the shower. And not to say the mold on the coffee maker.
S	Sasch Mayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Hotel. Fantastic Location. Excellent Value The Dali can hold its head high next to any Hilton I've stayed at, but at a significantly lower price. Staff are super friendly, welcoming, and helpful, though they don't speak much in the way of English, so it helps if you speak some Spanish. Its location, too, is superb, only a few blocks from the main heart of the old city with its cathedral and plethora of shops. The only minor consideration is the hotel wifi, which slows down considerably on busy nights. At that point it helps if you have a phone you can tether to. Highly recommended.

R	Rosiland DuPont on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, reasonably priced restaurant on site, varied selection of food for breakfast lunch and dinner. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I found the bed way too firm. Otherwise it is a great location to see the Cathedral, the biggest one. And close to pedestrian-only streets full of shops and cafés of all kinds.

Once I got my room, the room had a window that was not sealed and it opened to the next door parking lot, which meant car fumes and noises all night long. Impossible to sleep. I asked for a change the next morning and luckily they did change me to a different room. No bathroom ventilation, no windows, coffee maker but no coffee, warm water in the showers but no hot water. Room service was never complete, they either forget towels or soap or gel or something else. The only good thing about this hotel is the bed, it was comfortable and good pillows. Would not come back or recommend.
J	John Richau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here in 2015 and then in 2017. We plan on going to GDL again, soon and this is my place. The rooms are cheap, central to the plazas and museums. There is a Soriana market (kind of like a Mexican Albertson's) a block away. The staff were efficient and pleasant . I took a work vacation 2015 and took Spanish classes two blocks away in the morning and did a little work in the afternoons. The wifi was adequate for my needs and there is a nice quiet office space in the lobby. in 2017 I stayed at Hotel Dali Plaza on my Honeymoon. My Mexican wife felt it was luxurious. I don't see any reason why we'd ever want to stay anywhere else.
