★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rustic jem recently upgraded , now wheelchair friendly. The grounds plush, green and immaculate. Our accommodation where very nice. It was 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, large living room, kitchen, dinnig room, pantry, 2 patios I can go on and on . I hope to return soon with more family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are amazing, basically is not a room it's an apartment. All rooms have a large living room with a fire place, dinning table, full kitchen, terrace, and a storage room. The pool and gardens are well maintained, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are rustic but nicely decorated. Great place to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pool, huge suites, kind of dark and medieval touch. Kind of old and needs updates to kitchens. I wouldn't want to cook there. The tv has only spanish and very few stations. The frontdesk didn't out of their way. Lots of beautiful cats wandering around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was clean and nice, but the only thing I was disappointed about was the breakfast because they said it will open at 8am but it took 45 minutes for them to get ready. If you have plans may change, but it was a good time staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely rooms and atmosphere. The staff were great. The place spacious and had a lovely traditional Mexican look. Has a pool and playground for kids. Breakfast included with the room. Only downside was that the layout of the rooms was very confusing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rustic but very clean, huge rooms, nice pool with warm water (even too warm by 3 pm)... cable TV but poor image quality TV or signal, my only complaint. Breakfast buffet is good enough.

This hotel has the usual amenities: wifi, pool, complementary breakfast, and recreation areas.
Each suite comes with a fully functional kitchen, living room, and a (fairly large) private outdoor area.
Overall, this is a great place to stay in while spending the day in lake Chapala.
