K	Karen Ponce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En recepción nos dieron mal la información de precios y de los días de hospedaje una señorita acudió a nuestra habitación a cobrar nuevamente, le comentamos que en recepción nos habían dicho otra cosa y acepto que tuvieron la culpa pero que debíamos pagar más y nos tendríamos que ir a las 6 de la mañana, por 12 horas 1200 pesos. No es el dinero la cuestión es que con mentiras te hacen quedarte y después te la cambian y de cualquiera modo quieren que pagues. Nos terminamos saliendo del lugar. Se terminó el gas, nos mandaron a bañar a otra habitación (2 días porque no cargaron) No funciona su restaurante. La alberca estaba sucia La persona de la limpieza si fue amable. Hay area verde y asadores. Algunas habitaciones no cuentan con cable en la TV El armario estaba en malas condiciones. I did not like. Reception service is poor. The gas ran out, they sent us to bathe in another room (2 days because they did not charge) Your restaurant is not working. the pool was dirty The cleaning person was kind. There is a green area and grills. Some rooms do not have cable on the TV The closet was in poor condition.
R	Renata Valadez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitaciones amplias. Es austero, pero las camas son cómodas. Nos cambiaron de habitación, pues la primera no enfriaba correctamente el aire acondicionado. De repente se les olvida limpiar la habitación. Recuérdales. Poco personal. Administración deficiente. Adair nos atendió muy bien y fue amable e intentó resolver todas nuestras dudas. El restaurante no nos gustó. El sabor de los alimentos no es rico. Pero... Si no encuentras de otra pues... Adelante. Estuvimos 5 días y jamás lavaron la alberca. Pedimos que la limpiaran durante 3 días, hasta que perdimos el interés. Nos comentaron "el velador la limpia" justo nos tocó la habitación frente a la alberca y jamás vimos siquiera que le echaran cloro, agua turbia. No tiene playa como tal. Pues culpamos al tiempo (marea alta). Sin embargo parece que nunca ha habido acceso como tal para estar ahí. La vista es agradable. Spacious rooms. It's austere, but the beds are comfortable. They changed our room, because the first one did not cool properly the air conditioning. Suddenly they forget to clean the room. remind them. Little staff. Poor management. Adair treated us very well and was friendly and tried to answer all our questions. We did not like the restaurant. Food taste is not rich. But... If you can't find another one, then... Go ahead. We stayed 5 days and they never cleaned the pool. We had it cleaned for 3 days, until we lost interest. They told us "the watchman cleans it" we just touched the room in front of the pool and we never even saw that they added chlorine, cloudy water. It does not have a beach as such. Well, we blame the weather (high tide). However, it seems that there has never been access as such to be there. The view is nice.
S	Skeek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene acceso a la playa, alberca y una bonita vista. En general es un agradable y lindo lugar. Sin embargo, hace falta mantenimiento en algunas cosas: el aire acondicionado no funcionaba; la televisión no tenía audio, y la otra no funcionaba de plano; la puerta de la habitación ya no se podía abrir y tuvimos que pedirle ayuda al encargado. It has access to the beach, pool and a nice view. Overall it's a nice and cute place. However, maintenance is needed on a few things: A/C didn't work; the tv had no audio, and the other didn't work outright; the door to the room could no longer be opened and we had to ask the manager for help.
