★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general el hotel está muy descuidado, la habitación estaba muy sucia llena de polvo, en las sábanas y toallas había cabellos, las sábanas rotas, pedimos ser cambiandos de habitación, y dijeron que la habitación no estaba sucia que era el polvo de las termitas, el techo se está descascarando y tiene hongo, la verdad no nos gustó, la alberca estaba sucia tenía unos insectos adentro, solo nos quedamos una noche y nos cambiamos de lugar.

Más bien parece un museo pero abandonado.
No me agrado qué al momento de llegar no me respetaron la tarifa reservada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las toallas y el baño es un asco la vista es hermosa pero la alberca no está bien alumbrada se ve oscuro ay una parte abandonada y mi enchufe sacaba chiras no pude conectar mi teléfono el WiFi no llega ni a el área de la alberca y el restaurante está mal arreglado no volveré

Es un hotel con falta de mantenimiento en general: cortinas en mal estado, no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores, ventanas sin mosquiteros (recuerda traer un repelente de mosquitos), grifos del lavabo en mal estado, muebles muy antiguos, TV plana de las antiguas.
El servicio de wifi es pésimo. No llega la señal a las habitaciones, solo hay señal en la salita de la recepción.
Hablemos de lo bueno: es muy céntrico, caminando llegas muy rápido al Zócalo de Taxco, tienen un estacionamiento amplio (te evitas buscar donde poder estacionarte ya que es un caos entrar al centro de Taxco), puedes pagar con tarjeta, personal muy amable, lugar con historia, baño amplio con tina, habitaciones amplias, tienen un restaurante pequeño con precios accesibles y buen sabor, aunque son super tardados ya que te preparan la comida conforme llega la gente.
$130 el desayuno con café, jugo o fruta y a elegir huevos al gusto, sopes, chilaquiles o molletes.
Tienen una alberca con agua fría (un poco turbia), hay mesitas, sillas y camastros para disfrutar de un paisaje hermoso de la ciudad.
Para dos adultos y dos niños la noche está en $1100.
Indeed, I agree with the comments of the guests. It is a hotel with a lack of maintenance in general: curtains in poor condition, no air conditioning or fans, windows without mosquito nets (remember to bring a mosquito repellent), sink faucets in poor condition, very old furniture, old flat TV .
Wi-Fi service is lousy. The signal does not reach the rooms, there is only a signal in the reception room.
Let's talk about the good things: it's very central, walking you get to the Zócalo of Taxco very quickly, they have a large parking lot (you avoid looking for a place to park since it's chaos to enter the center of Taxco), you can pay with a card, very friendly staff, place with history, spacious bathroom with tub, spacious rooms, they have a small restaurant with affordable prices and good flavor, although they are super slow since they prepare the food for you as people arrive.
$130 for breakfast with coffee, juice or fruit and a choice of eggs, sopes, chilaquiles or muffins.
They have a pool with cold water (a little cloudy), there are tables, chairs and loungers to enjoy a beautiful landscape of the city.
For two adults and two children, the night is $1,100.

No es un lugar que recomiende para hospedarte, las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, las camas no son cómodas, las habitaciones huelen a humedad, tiene una apariencia muy lúgubre, por la noche había fallas en las instalaciones electricas. Para lo que ofrecen su costo por noche es muy elevado.
