★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only had the opportunity to visit their restaurant but I can tell you right away that it's an excellent place to go and eat. The food is delicious and the prices is affordable. It has cute decoration and very polite personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: the building architecture, trying to keep it as original as it can be. and the service, real nice staff, location excellent! , thanks for the tips & extra blanket!. Negative: there was not a cofee maker @ room, could be a better door @ bathroom. some ambiental music in the building. in general terms i enjoyed the stance..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The hotel and rooms are simple, but spotless clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful . In the room you will find two water bottles , soap, shampoo and TV. Very convenient the hotel has a restaurant which offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the lobby you will find selling machines for drinks and snacks, microwave oven, a small library and free newspaper. The hotel is located is the center historico just beside the Square with the Clock Tower (Reloj Momumental de Pachuca). Most collectivos and urban buses have their terminals nearby.. Negative: This is not a complain, but the hotel has different types rooms. Some of the rooms only have window (door) towards the patio (inside yard). Also there is no lift yet (It is under construction).
