★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El agua de la alberca sucia tenía demaciado cloro y el agua de la regadera fría con suerte y te toca caliente aveces y solo prenden el aire acondicionado después de las 8pm antes no. ellos lo controlan no te dan el control.
The dirty pool water had too much chlorine and the shower water cold hopefully and you get hot sometimes and they only turn on the air conditioning after 8pm before not. They control it, they don't give you control.

Desde que llegamos el personal no tenía listo el bungalow, dijo q solo habíamos apartado 1 solo y no dos, llegamos de la playa y tenía su fiesta en grande en la pura entrada, no había platos ni nada para cocinar en su cocina improvisada del hotel y nos dio una habitación del hotel porque resultó q con los q estaba tomando eran los q estaban en el bungalow q apartamos. El bungalow lo entrego hasta el día siguiente pasadas las 11, lo que nos hizo gastar sin necesidad en un desayuno por no entregar a tiempo. Carece de licuadora la q sale en la fotos es la de la cocina comunitaria. Un caos completo la verdad. De mi parte no me vuelvo a hospedar ahí.

The bungalow was delivered until the next day after 11, which made us spend unnecessarily on a breakfast for not delivering on time. It lacks a blender, the one that appears in the photos is the one in the community kitchen. A complete chaos the truth. For my part I will not stay there again.
